  • On-net AI model hosting - Voice AI that runs on-net, inside our own network - private models in the call path instead of a public AI API
  • Fine-tuned speech-to-text - Transcription tuned on real telecom audio, so accents, jargon and noisy lines come through clean
  • Fine-tuned LLM - Our own language model, tuned for voice - built to understand intent and fire reliable tool calls mid-call, not just chat
  • Cluster Console GA (Enterprise self-hosted) - General availability of the Cluster Console for partners running their own self-hosted cluster
  • WhatsApp Business Calling - Native WhatsApp voice calls handled inside the platform - routed, recorded and transcribed alongside your regular calls

  • Vertical model training - Train models on your own data to specialise the AI for your industry and your customers
  • Enhanced IP backbone - Extending our own ASN, IP range and encrypted mesh into a broader global backbone for internet-bound traffic
  • Usage-based billing engine - Metered billing that cascades down the hierarchy - partner to reseller to tenant - so everyone bills on real usage
  • Enhanced partner analytics - Deeper revenue, usage and churn insight across your whole book of business

  • In-call live assistant - Real-time prompts, answers and next-best-actions surfaced to agents while the call is still live
  • Integration marketplace - A bigger catalogue your customers switch on themselves, plus an open API for partners to build and submit their own apps
  • Hardware zero-touch 2.0 - A broader device catalogue with instant, out-of-the-box provisioning
